To apply for a license, the operator must be a registered company in the EU, and have share capital of at least 767,000 Euros.
For companies not registered in Bulgaria, there must be an authorized representative in the country. Operators seeking a license must also have a bank account in Bulgaria. Any gaming software intended for use must be approved by the NRA. A license issued by the NRA will be valid for five years.
