Stake has extended its presence into the Italian market by acquiring IdealBet – Baldo Line Srl from the Octavian Group.
The acquisition includes Baldo Line, a part of the Octavian Group that holds an Italian gaming license.
This deal allows Stake to acquire Idealbet.it, a sports betting and remote gaming operator based in Italy. As a result, Stake will establish a regional office to enhance its local presence.
Idealbet will continue operating under its own brand but will now be part of the Stake portfolio.
