This is a scam casino !!! They steal money!! I got an email with 15 free spins. I started to play, I won £7.58 from them and I had one more spin left. I played and wagered and I won £333.23. In total on my balance I had £1790.81 and when I attempted to play another game I saw that my balance had dropped to £900.81. I contacted customer support on the live chat and a guy told that free spins had max cash out £50, but they they removed waaay more than £50. It’s a scam!

My experience with this casino is terrible. First, verification process took them 3 weeks, I finally got verified and I attempted to make a deposit but my card was declined several times. I contacted customer support, they responded me in a few hours, however, and I was told that my card is declined because it is expired which is not true. I sent them pictures of my card to prove that they’re wrong and they answered me that the picture is not readable and they can’t see. I didn’t want to deal with them anymore and I decided to make a deposit with Astropay. It was successful this time and finally got to play. I was surprised to find that their game collection is very cool and interesting. I played for hours and I had some small wins, cashing out was smooth and easy. But then I hit 11k jackpot and they don’t want to pay me, making stupid excuses. They even locked my account. This is unbelievable. SCAMMERS!
