Is it just me or poker is too difficult for newbies to understand?

I'm with you on this one. My first time being introduced to poker my head almost hurt. LOL

Same. But given enough time and conscious attention, you'll be good at it.ย

Poker's tricky at first, no doubt. But stick with it; every handโ€™s a lesson.

It's funny you say that because I too remember the first time I was introduced to poker, I kept thinking that there was no way I could understand what was going on. I still haven't 🤣

I first learned Poker in my old computer. And yes, it is definitely a learning curve. It took me weeks to get the gist of it, and probably an entire year just to be good at it, only to lose on my first actual game 💀 So I say it's much better if you get someone who really knows poker in real life and do some practice setup to train yourself. It's definitely not something you can just spoonfeed to someone, experience is a must.

It might seem intricate at first. But, if you give it some time; you'll definitely get a hold on things.ย

I'm very interested in learning poker. I think continuous practice helps a lot and not giving up after the first attempt.

One thing i've come to find out and is also applicable to other things as well is to keep at it. If it were staight forward and easy, everyone would do it. Just keep at it, keep watching, learning, researching and practicing. Bit by bit uld chip away at the difficulty.

Yes, no sugarcoating involved but it IS difficult without enough practice or experience. When I first started learning Poker it was all algebraic terminologies for me and I legit have no idea what Im doing and that lasted for like a month. But my friends really wanted me to join them playing it so I just practiced and practiced it with them for like an entire year and it finally got to me. I would say it's 100% better to learn it with friends or with someone physically, because sometimes even youtube tutorials or internet tutorials is a little bit overwhelming and youll end up not learning anything. I believe experience is one of the best teachers.

Its actually a very complex game that takes lots of learning and experience. Still fairly new to understanding it all.
