I look forward to reading personal stories and experiences. Especially for those who have been gambling and enjoying casinos for a while now I'm sure there are experiences that you can share whether big or small.
It was with my grandfather and my cousins. My grandfather was a math teacher and had strong interest in gambling. I remember that he would teach us simple card games as kids and would allow us to stay near him to watch him play with friends.

I think my happy memories about gambling are mostly with my friends. They were the first people to introduce gambling to me so it only makes sense.
My happiest gambling memory was when I went with the equivalent of a dollar and broke bank with a 12 game winning streak
Mine is similar to @akemieiko; my grandfather was definitely into gambling and it was always fun watching him play. He was always so hyperfocused and happy since he was playing with friends most of the time. It may have probably been one of his most favorite past times.
Maybe playing with my friends because I'am with them a lot of the time. Some are because of relatives because there was one or two times that I was able to play with them also.
