This thread was so much fun to read up on haha. Ishtar's slogan reminds me of John Wick's tattoo on his back haha. Personally I would go for "May the odds be ever in you favor" Quite cheesy since its from Hunger Games but the message behind it and knowing what happened in Hunger Games it seemed like a good fit + many would probably be familiar with it since the Hunger Games series were somewhat popular
"Win Big or Go Home" its an unusual slogan but I think it comes off more as a challenge for those who will play in that casino. I know some people like a bit of competition so this may be a good one.
