"Twelve casino operators in Pennsylvania, including Caesars Entertainment and Penn Entertainment, have filed a lawsuit arguing that the state’s tax on slot machine revenue is unconstitutional. They say the state taxes slot machines at approximately 54 per cent but doesn’t impose a similar tax on skill game terminals in bars and stores, violating constitutional fairness guarantees." Do you agree guys? For me personally the taxes should be equal for all businesses.

"They say the state taxes slot machines at approximately 54 per cent but doesn’t impose a similar tax on skill game terminals in bars and stores, violating constitutional fairness guarantees." I agree with them. It's either the tax is applied to skill games as well or scrap the taxes imposed on slot machines to ensure fairness all round.

Since Pennsylvania generates the highest casino tax revenue in the US at around $1bn I doubt they'll scrap the tax on slot machines. It's more than likely they'll cast their tax net wider and skill games will end up being taxed
