I'm trying to draw boundaries, and I've succeeded so far. It's not always easy, but it's a matter of determination. Have you ever had low points in this regard?

Playing consistently and curiosity can cause addiction. For preventing that I think we need to have some limits for instance how much money we spend how many times we play.

I think in some way or another we've been down that road. The extent depends on how much we allow it to affect us and how we come back from it. I think the most important thing is to first find a support system that can help you get back on the right track. I think when I was ever at a low point such as that I made sure I knew how to pull myself back and set limits for myself.

I think gambling being addictive would depend on you as an individual and how you choose to play and control your habits. If you're aware of your spendings and you know how to walk away from the table you'd find yourself steering away from trouble such as a gambling addiction
