So betting bots are a thing??? Who has ever used them and what was your experience with them?
I know that there are so called "betting bots" used to predict the outcomes of sporting events. These have been around for a while. They are different to "trading bots" that will actually make trades for you when they believe that the signals are right etc. I have never heard of betting bots actually placing bets on your behalf though.
But I am sure the day will come where there will be the opportunity to put your gambling on autopilot with bots. I don't know how this would work in reality - maybe the bots will examine every variable surrounding a football match including form, player injuries, previous head-to-heads etc and then place the bet on the best team at the best odds for you.
To me this will be a bad thing for gambling. One of the joys of gambling is doing your homework and watching your smart selections win. I could handle this with crypto or Forex trading but not with my wagers. What do you think? How far will betting bots go in the future?
Betting bots are actually a thing. Since it's not human it does have the emotional rollercoaster that humans face when placing bets. They are super efficient in placing bets and get results in no time. There shortcoming is that they can lose very fast if they are set up incorrectly or if there is a mistake in the code.
With that being said, betting bots are frowned upon by professional gamblers. Their sentiment is that betting bots don't have nuance which humans have. Will betting bots ever take over human betting? I doubt. There is too much risk in losing your money if the bot places a wrong bet
Never had experience with betting bots although I have heard of them before. Eager to learn more about it though as other members may be familiar with it and can share their experience
@graham the reception is not that good from my short research. The general consensus is that they are unreliable and take the fun out of gambling

Judging from the comments that are available on this post I take that betting bots are not a good thing and just deducts the fun in gambling. I would steer clear of them although I usually try to like new things. I think this one, in particular, I would avoid since majority who have commented have pointed out most of its negatives.
