Pay Pal can be finnicky when it comes to transactions. I don't know if this happens to other people in other parts of the world but there some regions that get heavily scrutinized due cybercrimes. The pro is the speed of transfer if everything goes well.
In my country, with KYC issues I don't use it. Also, our government doesn't allow PayPal to hold cash, that's also a pain in the ass.
@graham Yeah - it is the same as other e-wallets.
Prepaid debit cards used to be the best option but they're clamping down even on them now, probably to limit matched betting...
@lewisw True. I do have prepaid cards and have used them for online gambling and the fees were a bit steep. The trouble is that I now live in Mongolia and there are not too many options available. This is why I like to use crypto such as USDT.

@graham Oh wow - so you use global crypto casinos then? I always worry about the lack of regulation in them...
Are they good value?ย
@evcj_ Well said. I don't personally use PayPal for gambling. I much rely on the traditional payments, such as debit cards or a bank transfer. The wait time is usually longer, but I experience less frustrations with them. 🙂
Yeah, paypal can be a hassle with online casinos. I avoid it for that reason.
Paypal is a great choice when you want to carry out instant transfers. So speed. The issue is that they can hold your money up to 180 days!
Iโve been thinking about using PayPal, but these account holds is kind of worrisome. Has anyone here actually faced this issue , like had their account frozen ? I wonder if it it is a common occurrence or just bad luck for few.
