I have never liked paypal as a mode of payment or receiving money regardless of whether it's for online casinos or just using it for any transactions in general. The fees are always so high and anytime you have issues they barely ever care about it or you just don't receive any resolution at all.ย

I have been using PayPal for years in my business and for personal stuff and never really had a problem with it. I used to use it when I lived in the UK to fund my bookie accounts and it was fine. The online casinos that I play at today do not accept PayPal as a payment method so I can't comment on how good they are for casino transactions.

Before anyone asks, I don't have shares in PayPal and nor am I an affiliate for them! There fees can be a bit high and I certainly don't like the fact that they can freeze accounts etc.

Here in our country, PayPal charges a lot for international transactions, also sometimes they temporary block my account; don't know why. But, overall it works fine. I mean what other option do we have for receiving international payments in my country.ย

The biggest disadvantage of using PayPal with UK bookies is that it usually excludes you from promotions such as free bets...

@lewisw I have heard that before. It is probably something to do with their transaction fees which can be expensive at times.

i think the biggest issue would be the transaction fees, especially for larger sums

Their transaction fees for larger sums is a pain in the ass and sometimes they randomly put the money on "funds on hold" so with time paypal is becoming worse I feel

paypal's only partially available where I'm from. You can't receive with it only send. There are ways around it but not worth it imo with their exorbitant fees.

@facebook-skibidirizz Exactly, crazy fees and for a company of that magnitude u would expect them to understand the importance of impeccable customer service to businesses in general but nope.
