It doesn't matter if you are a newbie like me, or an experienced player, we all at some point find out about the existence of online casinos from someone.
And since nowadays a big chunk of the information moves through social media, It occurs to me that a good topic to talk about would be the influencers who are dedicated to this niche. Is there a specific one whose content you consume frequently? If so, tell us why.
Lady Luck, real name Francine, is one of the top online casino influencers. Her YouTube channel Lady Luck HQ has over 561,000 subscribers where she does lives of her casino visits. Her main audience is American but she works with international brands as well.
@hildaw How strange that having that content theme and doing lives she has not yet switched to Kick. 🤔
AFAIK, if your deal is bets and gambling in general and you're a content creator, that's your spot to be.
@abelbermudezm Youtube, though not perfect has good monetization. Kick is still in it's beta stage, and it's monetization is not yet there. Maybe she'll be joining Kick in due course
@hildaw @abelbm Actually we have an article about this topic. You can check here https://legit.casino/blog/casino-youtube-channels/. ย

On October 18, 2022, Twitch banned Stake.com from its platform. This is because they had circumvented the terms of Twitch and were sponsoring big streamers to promote gambling. Stake, an offshore online crypto-gambling casino, moved quickly to form its own platform Kick.
However, it was easy to see their game as they only wanted to use streamers to promote gambling to their audiences. To counter this narrative, they offered a 95/5 split revenue to entice all kinds of streamers. Streamers taking 95% of revenue generated in streaming is unheard of and it seems too good to be true.
For starters, they have no algorithm that will put viewers in front of your stream, the platform has a lot of bots to make small streamers feel good for switching to their platform, and most importantly no one knows which metrics they use to calculate the average concurrent viewership (CCV).
As such, some big streamers have moved to the platform and made very little compared to small streamers. Letโs face it, streamers want to make money. An ambiguous CCV is not appealing to any serious streamer. Kick may be trying to protect themselves from people gaming their system, but it cannot go far with a mysterious CCV. Also, a 95/5 split is not exactly 95/5. When you factor in taxes it might get to the average 50/50 streaming revenue split.
