Reports of its activities pertaining to interactive gaming during the April–June 2024 period have been made public by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA).

The ACMA has investigated 514 inquiries and complaints, finished 14 investigations into 15 gaming sites, discovered 17 violations of the Interactive gaming Act 2001 (IGA), given 15 formal warnings, blacklisted 50 websites, and 359 URLs within this time frame.
